Cancellation Policy

Before You Book Mobile workshops are available for groups of 10 or more. We travel to your location within the Greater Houston area. Travel fees may apply outside our standard service area. Workshop Length Approximately 2 hours. Setup We arrive 30–45 minutes before the workshop. Host must provide tables, chairs, and access to electrical outlets if needed. Deposits A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. Remaining balance is due 7 days before the event. Guest Count Final guest count must be submitted 7 days prior to the event. Late Arrivals Workshops begin at the scheduled time. Lost time due to late arrivals cannot be added to the end of the class. Cancellations Deposits are non-refundable. One reschedule is permitted with at least 14 days' notice.
