  • Are your products vegan?
  • Are the products safe to use for all skin types?
    All products were formulated to be safe for all skin types but if you have specific concerns, please consult your doctor with the list of ingredients found on the website.
  • What temperature do these products need to be stored at?
    We recommend storing your products in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.
  • How do I care for my candle?
    To care for our candles, trim the candle’s wick to 1/4” before every burn session and allow the candle to burn for 3-4 hour intervals, or until a full melt pool has formed.
  • Can your candle jars be recycled?
    Definitely! Because they are glass, they can be repurposed into vases, storage containers, and more. To recycle or repurpose your jar, we recommend thoroughly cleansing it with your favorite dish soap or a 1:1 solution of water to vinegar.
  • Can I exchange my product?
    We apologize but we currently do not offer exchanges, all sales are final.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept online payments through Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, and Paypal.
  • Do your Gift cards expire?
    Yes! They expire a year of purchase date.
  • Do your soaps lather?
    YES! YES! YES! Our recipe is carefully formulated to create long-lasting hard bars that produce loads of sudsy bubbles!
  • Do your soaps melt?
    NO!!!! We use the cold process method of soap making, which produces long lasting bars that won't melt in the heat. We recommend keeping soap out of the stream of running water and in a well draining soap dish to maximize their life expectancy.
  • I refused my delivery, where is my refund?
    Refused delivery will incur a $10 restocking fee and outbound shipping will not be refunded. Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to appear once we processed the return.
  • How often do you restock your inventory?
    Although the initial molding takes a day or two, soap needs to cure for multiple weeks to ensure a hard, long-lasting bar. As such, our bars are introduced on a rotating basis with a minimum cure time of 6-8 weeks. We strive to create unique bars, only reintroducing those with extreme popularity. If a bar you love has run out, please message us directly at for personalized bar options.
  • Do you accept bulk orders?
    We're more than happy to do bulk orders! Simply send a message to (label title as BULK ORDER REQUEST) or sign up with our wholesale program. Processing time is dependent on order size, with a minimum of 14 days for bars to cure. Pricing determined at time of request.
  • Are your products natural?
    When possible, we choose naturally derived ingredients over synthetics in all formulations.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
