We recommend storing your products in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.

How do I care for my candle?

To care for our candles, trim the candle’s wick to 1/4” before every burn session and allow the candle to burn for 3-4 hour intervals, or until a full melt pool has formed.

Can your candle jars be recycled?

Definitely! Because they are glass, they can be repurposed into vases, storage containers, and more. To recycle or repurpose your jar, we recommend thoroughly cleansing it with your favorite dish soap or a 1:1 solution of water to vinegar.

We apologize but we currently do not offer exchanges, all sales are final.

YES! YES! YES! Our recipe is carefully formulated to create long-lasting hard bars that produce loads of sudsy bubbles!

Do your soaps melt?

NO!!!! We use the cold process method of soap making, which produces long lasting bars that won't melt in the heat. We recommend keeping soap out of the stream of running water and in a well draining soap dish to maximize their life expectancy.

What happens if I refuse my delivery?

If you refuse your delivery, a $10 restocking fee will apply, and outbound shipping will not be refunded. Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to appear after we process the return.

When do you restock your products?

Accepted Answer

We restock our products on a rotating basis, as our soaps need 6-8 weeks to cure for a hard, long-lasting bar. We aim to create unique bars and only reintroduce those with high demand. If your favorite bar is out of stock, email us at cocoselectllc@gmail.com for personalized options.

Can I place a bulk order?

Absolutely! You can place a bulk order by emailing us at cocoselectllc@gmail.com with the subject 'BULK ORDER REQUEST' or by joining our wholesale program. Processing time depends on the order size, with a minimum of 14 days for bars to cure. Pricing will be determined at the time of request.
