Service Description

Mobile Candle Workshop: We will come to you! Whether it’s your office, home, community center, or specific event location that you have selected. Minimum 10 people, maximum 35 people or a 2-day event to accommodate larger groups 2.5-3-hour workshop/ Depends on class size Learn the ins and outs of candle making and candle safety Candle workshop organizer will need 45 mins before and after the event for set up and take down. You can have a custom label created for your candle workshop session. If you would like certain scents please don’t hesitate to ask. **********PLEASE READ*********** Customer is responsible for providing the location. 10 participant minimum. This is a travel only booking. To book and reserve your date a $15 deposit per person non-refundable booking fee is due at the time of booking. Anywhere outside of Houston will have an additional fee for travel. Each participant is an ADDITIONAL $55.00 per person & is due no later than 7 days before your scheduled event. Travel Fee: $50–$125 depending on distance Branded Labels (logo or custom message): +$5–$10/person Premium vessels (glass upgrade, tins, etc.): +$10–$15/person 2-Hour Event Extension: +$150 flat Holiday/Peak Pricing: +10–15% on weekends/holidays Group Size Price Per Person Total Starting Price 10 guests $85 $850 15 guests $80 $1,200 20 guests $75 $1,500 25 guests $72 $1,800 30+ guests $70 $2,100+ (custom pricing)

Cancellation Policy

PLEASE BE COURTEOUS OF THE TIME SLOT YOU RESERVED. ⏰ Arrival Window Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to allow time for check-in and setup. Late arrivals may have reduced instruction time. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may forfeit the reservation. 💳 Deposits & Payments Reservations is required a deposit or full payment to secure your time slot. Remaining balances must be paid before or at arrival. No unpaid reservations are guaranteed. Remaining balance will be paid at the time of your scheduled date. 1:1 Class deposit of 50% per person.. Deposit are NON REFUNDABLE. You can always reschedule for a future date and time. To reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. ❌ Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred once to a future date. Same-day cancellations = deposit forfeited. And If canceling a service within 24 hours of your session, you will be charged the remaining amount that is due per person. 🔁 Rescheduling Rules One complimentary reschedule allowed with proper notice. Additional reschedules may require a new deposit. No-shows must rebook as a new reservation. 👥 Group Reservations Group bookings must arrive together when possible. If part of the group is late, the class/session will still begin on time. No discounts or refunds for missing guests. 🕯️ Class / Workshop Specific (great for your candle & body classes) All materials are prepared in advance for your reservation. Because supplies are pre-measured and customized, missed reservations are non-refundable. Finished products may require cure/set time before pickup or shipping. 🍷 BYOB / Studio Conduct BYOB is permitted where stated — please drink responsibly. Disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund. Closed-toe shoes recommended for hands-on classes. 🔥 Safety & Liability Line By reserving, you agree to follow all safety instructions. We are not responsible for misuse of products after you leave the studio. 📱 Contact Requirement Running late? Please call or text us immediately (832-596-2481).
